[origin: JPH0568906A] PURPOSE: To prevent strips from being caught by a roller at the time of cutting a flat material to the strips. CONSTITUTION: A cutting mechanism 11 for torsion cut has two cutting rollers 12, 13. Respective cutting disks 14, 15 have a steep cutting face 22 and a sloping back face 23 in each case. The transitions between the sloping back face 23 and a roller body 16 are generously filleted. Ratios between the cutting disk spacing, height, etc., are such that an opening 29 for the cut strips 28 has a compact and well rounded shape so that the cut strips 28 do not tend to get caught at the opening 29.

Ein Schneidwerk (11) für Torsionsschnitt hat zwei Schneidwalzen (12, 13), Schneidscheiben (14, 15), die jeweils eine steile Schneidflanke (22) und eine schräge Rückenflanke (23) haben. Die Übergänge zwischen diesen und dem Walzenkörper sind großzügig ausgerundet und die Verhältnisse zwischen Schneidscheibenabstand, -höhe etc. sind so getroffen, daß der Durchlaß (29) für den geschnittenen Streifen (28) eine gedrungende und gut verrundete Form hat, so daß der Streifen nicht dazu neigt, hängen zu bleiben.
