Abstract (en)

The system comprises a speed-reducing motor unit (1) having two parallel output pinions each of which drives a lifting device connected to the load (4) via a cable (5, 9), a said device comprising a ring gear (6) meshing with one (2) of the two output pinions, the said ring gear (6) driving, via a friction clutch comprising an intermediate clutch disc (40), a winch drum (8) to which is attached and round which is wound the said cable (5), the said intermediate disc (40) comprising retention pawls (43) preventing its rotation in the direction corresponding to the lowering of the load (4), the drum (8) being firmly attached to a central shaft (10) whose rotation in the direction corresponding to the lowering of the load (4) ensures the coupling of the clutch, and in that the said central shaft (10) rotates in synchronism with the central shaft (11) of the other lifting device by means of a coupling having plates (12, 13) and coupling disc (14) fitted with tenons (50), or grooves, which are orthogonal, the two central shafts (10, 11) being supported by a stationary frame (29). <IMAGE>
