[origin: EP0448443A1] The invention concerns a ventilation system comprising a ventilation unit (2) fitted with a fan (3) having a motor (5) and connected to a protective casing (6), and means of connection (20) between the casing and a support (19) in which an orifice (18) is formed. According to the invention the said connecting means comprise wedging means (20) cooperating with the said support in a force fitting of the casing (6) through the orifice (18) of this support whose transverse dimensions (I2) substantially correspond to the dimensions (I1) of the said casing, in such a way that, at the end of the force fitting, a locking of the casing to the support (19) is ensured. The casing can be covered with a protective plate (15) provided with a grid (16) having a filtering element. This system can be used in packages for electronic components.
