[origin: EP0448805A1] The invention relates to a beaded roof-shaped connection clamp of non-round external contour for the firm clamping of electrical connecting conductors (8) in a connecting piece (2) which is fixed to the apparatus, by means of a screw (3) which is held detachably on the connecting piece (2) and passes through an opening (5) in the connection clamp (4). The connection clamp (4) in this case has clamping beads (6) which run at right angles to the ridge of the roof and extend inwards from opposite edge sides at a distance from the opening (5), and knobs (7), which extend parallel to the clamping beads (6) and are located between them, and run from the opening (5) to the exterior. In consequence, connecting conductors (8) can be clamped which have even smaller cross-sections than in the case of known connection clamps. <IMAGE>
