In a window or the like for buildings, comprising an outer frame which is fixedly connected to the building and a wing which is swivellably mounted on the outer frame, the wing having a wing frame and an insulating glazing unit which is fixed by means of the glazing profile to the wing frame, a lightweight yet extremely weather-resistant, and accordingly easy-to-maintain construction is obtained if the glazing profile (8) is made as a cross-sectional U-shaped profile matched to the ceiling of the insulating glazing unit (4), if it forms a continuous frame, if it consists of a plastic which has a certain elasticity of extension, if its edge lengths have a slight undersize with respect to the corresponding edge lengths of the insulating glazing unit (4) and if it is stretched elastically onto the insulating glazing unit (4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Fenster od.dgl. für Gebäude umfassend einen mit dem Gebäude fest verbundenen Blendrahmen und einen an dem Blendrahmen schwenkbar gelagerten Flügel, wobei der Flügel einen Flügelrahmen und eine Isolierglaseinheit aufweist, welche mittels des Verglasungsprofils an dem Flügelrahmen fixiert ist, ist zur Erzielung einer leichten, aber gleichwohl äußerst witterungsbeständigen und dementsprechend pflegeleichten Konstruktion vorgesehen, daß das Verglasungsprofil (8) als der Decke der Isolierglaseinheit (4) angepaßtes, im Querschnitt U-förmiges Profil ausgebildet ist, daß es einen geschlossenen Rahmen bildet, daß es aus einem Kunststoff besteht, der eine gewisse Dehnungselastizität aufweist, daß seine Kantenlängen gegenüber den korrespondierenden Kantenlängen der Isolierglaseinheit (4) ein geringes Untermaß aufweisen, und daß es auf die Isolierglaseinheit (4) unter elastischer Aufweitung aufgezogen ist. <IMAGE>
