The invention concerns a floor covering, particularly for open spaces and the floors of halls, with a substructure made of a hardenable or settable material, as well as metallic cover plates. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bodenbelag, insbesondere für Freiflächen und Hallenböden, mit einem Unterbau aus einem aushärtbaren oder abbindefähigen Material sowie metallischen Abdeckplatten. Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Abdeckplatten (2) umfangsseitig angeformte Verankerungselemente (3) auf, die zahnförmig ineinandergreifen und unter einem spitzen Winkel (α) nach unten abgekantet sind, wobei sie in dem ausgehärteten oder abgebundenen Unterbau (1) verankert sind. <IMAGE>
