Abstract (en)

This device is intended to be fixed to the front face (5) of a press (PR) and comprises a carriage (6) which can be put into a reciprocating movement and fitted with a system (7) for taking metal sheets from a stack, which feeds a waiting support (9) in a coordinated manner and synchronously with the insertion of the metal sheets into the press (PR) by the carriage (6) which comprises, at its end, grippers (P) enabling a metal sheet on the waiting support (9) to be gripped while moving in order to insert it into the press (PR). This device may be adjustably fixed to a press called a double-action press. <IMAGE>
