[origin: EP0449771A1] Process for the removal of peroxides from a vegetable material which has been bleached with the aid of hydrogen peroxide and is dry, which consists in subjecting the said material solely to a heat treatment at a temperature equal to or greater than 60 DEG C in a confined atmosphere so that its weight content of water remains at its initial value during the said treatment.
