Abstract (en)
The drum-shaped supporting body (1) has an external thread (5) which is a left-hand thread. The cup-shaped clothing carrier (4) has an internal thread (6) and is screwed onto the supporting body (1). For reclothing, therefore, the clothing body (4) merely has to be unscrewed from the supporting body (1) and a serviced clothing carrier (4) screwed on again. The supporting body (1) remains on the drive shaft of the opening roller. The pressing off and pressing on of the opening roller, which necessitate additional devices, are therefore no longer needed for reclothing, thus achieving significant savings in terms of working time and costs. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der trommelförmige Stützkörper (1) weist ein Aussengewinde (5) auf, welches ein Linksgewinde ist. Der tassenförmige Garniturträger (4) weist ein Innengewinde (6) auf und ist auf dem Stützkörper (1) aufgeschraubt. Zum Wiedergarnieren muss somit der Garniturkörper (4) lediglich vom Stützkörper (1) abgeschraubt und ein gewarteter Garniturträger (4) wieder aufgeschraubt werden. Der Stützkörper (1) verbleibt auf der Antriebswelle der Auflösewalze. Damit ist das zusätzliche Apparate bedingende Abpressen und Aufpressen der Auflösewalze zum Wiedergarnieren nicht mehr notwendig, womit bedeutende Ersparnisse im bezug auf Arbeitszeiten und Kosten erzielt sind. <IMAGE>
