The invention relates to a process for the preparation of binder-free inorganic mixed-fibre products comprising varying portions of glass-like fibres or varying portions of glass-like and polycrystalline fibres for the purpose of improving the performance characteristics at the particular temperature used, in which during the production of the glass-like fibres inorganic foreign fibres which have previously been carded are delivered to the fibre collector via a metering system and are swirled up there to give a blended fibre wool.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von bindemittelfreien anorganischenen Mischfaserprodukten, bestehend aus wechselnden Anteilen an glasigen Fasern oder wechselnden Anteilen an glasigen und polykristallinen Fasern zwecks Verbesserung der Gebrauchseigenschaften bei der jeweiligen Anwendungstemperatur, wobeo bei der Herstellung der glasigen Fasern über ein Dosiersystem anorganische Fremdfasern, die vorher aufgekrempelt wurden, in den Faserkollektor gefördert und dort zu einer Mischfaserwolle verwirbelt werden.
