Eine Sägeeinrichtung mit einem Sägetisch (1), einer am Rand des Sägetisches (1) angeordneten Schwenklagerung (2) und einem an der Schwenklagerung (2) gelagerten Sägeaggregat (3), bei der das Sägeaggregat (3) mittels der Schwenklagerung (2) gegenüber dem Sägetsich (1) in einer zum Sägetisch (1) geneigten Ebene zwischen einer herabgeschwenkten Sägestellung und einer hochgeschwenkten Ruhestellung schwenkbar ist, wird sicherheitstechnisch noch weiter verbessert, indem an einer Pendelschutzhaube (9) an der dem Betätigungshebel (11) zugewandten Seite eine zweite Raste (17) angeordnet ist, dem Betätigungshebel (11) eine am Tragrahmen (4) gelagerte zweite Rastklinke (18) zugeordnet ist, bei geschlossener Pendelschutzhaube (9) und nicht gezogenem Betätigungshebel (11) die zweite Rastklinke (18) blockierend vor der zweiten Raste (17) steht und die Pendelschutzhaube (9) nicht aufgeschwenkt werden kann und bei gezogenem Betätigungshebel (11) die zweite Rastklinke (18) die zweite Raste (17) freigibt. <IMAGE>
