Abstract (en)
The combing machine possesses a tearing-off device (11, 12, 13, 16) having a pair of tearing-off rollers (11, 12) for tearing off combed-out fibre tufts from a gripper (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) movable to and fro. A pair of soldering rollers (13, 16) for soldering the torn-off fibre tufts to form a combed fleece is arranged after the pair of tearing-off rollers (11, 12) in the tearing-off direction. The soldering rollers (13, 16) are designed to clamp the combed fleece only during part of each to-and-fro movement of the gripper (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). One of the tearing-off rollers (11) and one of the soldering rollers (13) are mounted fixedly relative to the stand in the combing machine and are driven continuously at a constant speed. Since virtually no parts rotating to and fro or moved to and fro are therefore needed in the tearing-off device (11, 12, 13, 16), high working speeds are possible. <IMAGE>

Die Kämmaschine besitzt eine Abreissvorrichtung (11, 12, 13, 16) mit einem Abreisswalzenpaar (11, 12) zum Abreissen von ausgekämmten Faserbärten aus einer hin- und herbewegbaren Zange (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). In Abreissrichtung nach dem Abreisswalzenpaar (11, 12) ist ein Lötwalzenpaar (13, 16) zum Löten der abgerissenen Faserbärte zu einem Kammzugvlies angeordnet. Die Lötwalzen (13, 16) sind dazu eingerichtet, das Kammzugvlies nur während eines Teils jeder Hin- und Herbewegung der Zange (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) festzuklemmen. Eine der Abreisswalzen (11) und eine der Lötwalzen (13) sind in der Kämmaschine gestellfest gelagert und kontinuierlich mit konstanter Drehzahl angetrieben. Da so in der Abreissvorrichtung (11, 12, 13, 16) praktisch keine hin- und herdrehenden oder hin- und herbewegten Teile erforderlich sind, sind hohe Arbeitsgeschwindigkeiten möglich. <IMAGE>
