Abstract (en)
In an apparatus for guiding fibre material, such as cotton, as a lap roll, sliver or roving in a spinning machine, especially in a drawing unit, the fibre material bears at least briefly against a cylinder (10, 11, 12) having a casing (22) made of rubber or a similar plastic. This casing will at the same time be assigned a rub-cleaning device (30). The rub-cleaning device (30) has a rub-cleaning surface (31) which bears against the casing (22) and which, for example, is part of a rub-cleaning wing (32) rotating about a rotary axle (33). The rub-cleaning wing (32) is inclined towards the casing in the direction of rotation of the cylinder. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Führen von Fasermaterial, wie Baumwolle als Wickelwatte, Band oder Vorgarn in einer Spinneinrichtung, insbesondere in einem Streckwerk, liegt das Fasermaterial zumindest kurzzeitig einem Zylinder (10, 11, 12) mit einem Mantel (22) aus Gummi oder einem ähnlichen Kunststoff an. Dabei soll diesem Mantel eine Schleif-Reinigungseinrichtung (30) zugeordnet sein. Die Schleif-Reinigungseinrichtung (30) besitzt eine Schleif-Reinigungsfläche (31), welche dem Mantel (22) anliegt und beispielsweise Teil eines Schleif-Reinigungsflügels (32) ist, der um eine Drehachse (33) dreht. Dabei ist der Schleif-Reinigungsflügel (32) in Drehrichtung des Zylinders zum Mantel hin geneigt. <IMAGE>
