Abstract (en)
The connector comprises a first element (A) and a second element (B) which are suitable for being fitted one into the other in order to establish an electrical connection between the cores (1a) and the earth braids (2a) of two lengths of coaxial cable. A metal tubular portion (18) of one of the elements (B) comprises a snap-fastening means (D) whereas the other element (A) of the connector is fitted with a complementary snap-fastening means (E) suitable for interacting with that (D) of the said metal tubular portion after fitting the two elements of the connector together in order to ensure an axial connection between these two elements. The complementary snap-fastening means (E) is provided on a part (11) made from insulating material, which extends beyond the associated metal portion (6). <IMAGE>
