[origin: EP0451027A1] The invention relates to a squeegee frame. According to the invention: a) the frame comprises a separate front flange (10) and a separate rear flange (11); b) the front flange (10) comprises a rib (10B) for clamping a cleaning strip (12-13), provided with perforations for the passage of assembly members (19), and an upper surface (10A) intended to cover the top edge section of the cleaning strip (12-13); c) the rear flange (11) comprises a rib (11B) for clamping the cleaning strip (12-13), provided with perforations (14) for the passage of assembly members (19), and an upper surface (11A), intended to complete the covering of the top edge of the cleaning strip (12-13); d) each front flange (10) and rear flange (11) supports a half-sleeve (101, 111), the two half-sleeves reconstituting, after assembly of the frame, a sleeve for fixing a handle.
