According to the invention, there is provided a housing (A), composed of two semi-housings (3, 4) by welding, an inlet suction muffler (B) and an oil pump (C). The inlet suction muffler (B) consists of a cover (13) with longitudinal ribs and is fixed to the cylinder subassembly (2). The oil pump (C) is made of a body of revolution (14). This body (14) is clamped to the shaft (5) by a flexible ring (15).
