Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung weist eine in einer im Formzylinder (1) in Achsrichtung verlaufenden symmetrischen Zylindergrube (2) drehbar gelagerte, mit wenigstens zwei Spannuten (9,10) zur Aufnahme eines Plattenendes (17) versehene Spannspindel (8) auf, die nach einer Teildrehung das andere Plattenende (16) gegen eine Grubenwand drückt. Erfindungsgemäß ist das als Spannspindelstütze dienende Abstützelement (11) an der Spannspindel (8) angebracht. Die Erfindung ist auf alle Formzylinder mit abgestützter Spannspindel anwendbar. <IMAGE>
