Abstract (en)
Press-in contacts for producing solder-free electrical connections, so-called press-in connections, have a slotted opening in the shank part. If this opening is not stamped exactly centrally in the shank part, uneven deformation of the limbs bounding the slotted opening can occur during pressing in. The desired contact making can, in consequence, be adversely affected. In order to avoid this, the slotted opening has a parabolic construction at its ends while it has a constriction in its centre as a result of broadening of the limbs. <IMAGE>

Einpreßkontakte zur Herstellung lötfreier elektrischer Verbindungen, sogenannter Einpreßverbindungen, weisen im Schaftteil eine Schlitzöffnung auf. Wenn diese nicht exakt mittig in den Schaftteil eingestanzt wird, kann beim Einpressen ein ungleiches Verformen der die Schlitzöffnung begrenzenden Schenkel eintreten. Dadurch kann die erwünschte Kontaktgabe beeinträchtigt werden. Um dies zu vermeiden, hat die Schlitzöffnung an ihren Enden eine parabolische Ausbildung, während sie in ihrer Mitte durch Verbreiterung der Schenkel eine Einschnürung aufweist. <IMAGE>
