A machine (1) comprising: a rotary bottom portion (5) in which are formed holes (22) engaged by mobile pistons (11); a belt (13) conveying capsules (15); a rotary top portion (3) having a container (6) for a pharmaceutical product; a rotary center portion (4) integral with the bottom portion (5) and top portion (3); holes (34) formed in the center portion (4); valves (8) designed, at each turn, to travel along a respective hole (34) between a first position wherein the container (6) communicates with a hole (22) and the respective piston (11) moves down to draw in the product, and a second position wherein the piston (11) moves up, and an opening (51) is opened for feeding a given quantity of the product into a capsule (15) underneath; and a mechanism (44, 64, 65) for controlling displacement of the valves (8). <IMAGE>
