[origin: DE4012283A1] The inking and moistening mechanism has rollers transferring ink from a ductor roller to a central friction roller. Two application rollers abut against two friction ones, while the transfer rollers working against the friction ones (dis)engage the central friction roller. An additional inking roller between the two application ones runs against the central friction roller. All application rollers reciprocate w.r.t. a forme cylinder with which the rubber blanket cylinder works. The two transfer rollers (8,12) reciprocate w.r.t. the central friction roller (9), while a moistening system (10,24) is provided for each one. Each transfer roller is movable independently by its own adjustable drive mechanism.
