The invention relates to a venting device (2) for containers intended for containing a product which releases gas. It comprises a threaded sheath (4) into which is pressed a substantially cylindrical part (5) made of flexible material. A winding path allowing gas to emerge, but not allowing liquid to emerge, is defined between these two elements, this path ending in an orifice (6) for evacuation to the exterior of the container. <IMAGE>
