A swivelling and submerging lever closure with a lock device, such as a cylinder lock, for mounting in preferably two rectangular openings in a thin wall (60), preferably in the tilting space of a sheet-metal cabinet door, is described, consisting of a base plate (18) which can be placed on the thin wall, such as a door leaf (16), and has a frontal hollow for the submerged reception of a hand lever (22), the hand lever (22) being pivotably mounted on an actuating shaft, penetrating through the thin wall or the door leaf (16) and the base plate (18), for the actuator of the closure perpendicularly to the axis of rotation of the actuating shaft, and the hand lever (22) being lockable and releasable in the position submerged in the hollow by means of the lock device. Es wird eine mit Schloßeinrichtung, wie Zylinderschloß, versehener versenkbarer Schwenkhebelverschluß zur Montage in vorzugsweise zwei rechteckigen Durchbrüchen in einer dünnen Wand (16), vorzugsweise im Verkantungsraum einer Blechschranktür, beschrieben, bestehend aus einer auf die dünne Wand wie Türblatt (16) aufsetzbaren Grundplatte (18), die eine vorderseitige Mulde zur versenkten Aufnahme eines Handhebels (22) aufweist, wobei der Handhebel (22) an einer die dünne Wand oder das Türblatt (16) und die Grundplatte (18) durchdringenden Betätigungswelle für das Stellglied des Verschlusses senkrecht zur Drehachse der Betätigungswelle schwenkbar gelagert ist und der Handhebel (22) mittels der Schloßeinrichtung in der in der Mulde versenkten Stellung arretierbar und freigebbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist in der Grundplatte (18) und in dem Handhebel (22) nahe dem freien Ende des Handhebels (22) in seiner versenkten Stellung neben der ersten Schloßeinrichtung, wie Zylinderschloß, eine zweite Schloßeinrichtung, wie Zylinderschloß angeordnet, wobei die Daumen der beiden Zylinderschlösser jeweils eine gemeinsame, den Handhebel (22) in der versenkten Stellung arretierenden Verriegelungsleiste (46) in Eingriff nehmen und dabei (z. B. gegen Schwerkraft oder Federkraft) unabhängig voneinander diese Verriegelungsleiste (46) aus der Verriegelungsstellung heraus und in diese hinein schieben können. <IMAGE>
