The invention shows a method and a device for ecologically draining fluids from stationary or road vehicle-mounted containers in transport vessels containing fluids and provided with a discharging screw. The fluid-containing containers (1) and the transport vessels can be connected to one another by a transfer assembly (3) in such a way that environmentally polluting or harmful partial quantities of fluid are not lost during transfer to the transport vessels, especially at the start of the draining process. Provided as the transfer assembly (3) is a container (4) which is totally or partially open at the top, can be sealingly connected to the fluid-containing container (1) and has, on its underside, a drainage pipe (5) which can be inserted from below, is longitudinally displaceable and rotatable and which is sealed off from its lower passage and has a multiplicity of discharge holes (6) arranged on the periphery in its central region, the closed head end (7) of the drainage pipe (5) being designed as a nut-shaped contour of the discharging-screw head (2). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung zeigt ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum umweltfreundlichen Ablassen von Fluiden aus stationären oder in Straßenfahrzeugen angeordneten, Fluide enthaltenden, mit Ablaßschraube versehenen Behältern in Transportgefäße. Die Fluide enthaltenden Behälter (1) und die Transportgefäße sind durch ein Überführungsaggregat (3) derart miteinander verbindbar, daß keine die Umwelt belastende oder schädigende Teilmenge des Fluids, vor allem zu Beginn des Ablaßvorganges, beim Überführen in die Transportgefäße verloren geht. Als überführungsaggregat (3) ist ein nach oben ganz oder teilweise offener Behälter (4) vorgesehen, der dichtend an den ein Fluid enthaltenden Behälter (1) anschließbar ist und der an seiner Unterseite ein von unten durchstreckbares, längsverschiebliches und drehbares, gegen seinen unteren Durchgang abgedichtetes Ablaßrohr (5) mit einer Vielzahl von in seinem mittleren Bereich am Umfang angeordneten Ablauflöchern (5) aufweist, wobei das geschlossene Kopfende (7) des Ablaßrohres (5) als mutterförmige Kontur des Ablaßschraubenkopfes (2) ausgebildet ist. <IMAGE>
