[origin: EP0453879A1] A filling device for filling containers (7) with a liquid is described, which has a storage container (1) holding ready the liquid to be introduced, and at least one filling member (4) connected to the storage container and having a liquid outlet (17) with centring and sealing means (6) for coupling to the containers to be filled. Connected to the liquid outlet (17) is a spin chamber (32) having a spin channel (38) which connects the liquid outlet (17) to a discharge opening (36), to which the containers (7) to be filled are successively coupled. A rotating wall flow is produced with the spin channel as the liquid flows into the container. <IMAGE>
