Abstract (en)

A device for cutting stacked sheet products has a table surface which consists of a feeding field for receiving the products to be cut, a working field (2) above which are situated a cutting knife (5) and a pressing beam (6), and a delivery field (24) situated in front of this and forming part of a first guide (17) which is movable in the advancing direction (C) of the products to be cut and opposite thereto. <??>According to the invention, it is proposed that during severing of the stack (8) to form a cut stack (8'), the first guide (17) be tilted (arrow D), the cut stack (8') being securely held by the guide (17) owing to its construction with a lower, horizontal leg (17b) and an adjoining vertical leg (17a). Displacement of the individual sheet layers or undesired toppling of the cut stack (8') is thus effectively prevented precisely when cutting narrow stack strips. In the tilted position of the first guide (17), the latter is moved together with the cut stack (8') away from the cutting plane (7), and a second guide (29) is raised into the gap formed between the first guide (17) and the cutting plane (7), in such a way that after transferring the first guide (17) into that position in which the leg (17a) is correctly oriented again, the cut stack (8') is aligned additionally on the second guide (29). The two guides (17, 29) form a transverse channel, through which the cut stack (8') can then be pushed out by means of an ejector (33). <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Eine Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von. gestapeltem, blattförmigem Gut weist eine Tischfläche auf, die aus einem Eingangsfeld zur Aufnahme des zu schneidenden Gutes, einem Arbeitsfeld (2), über dem sich ein Schneidmesser (5) und ein Preßbalken (6) befinden, sowie ein davor befindliches, Bestandteil eines ersten Lineales (17) bildendes Ausgangsfeld (24) auf, das in Vorschubrichtung (C) des zu schneidenden Gutes und entgegengesetzt hierzu verfahrbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, daß beim Durchtrennen des Stapels (8) zur Bildung eines Nutzens (8') das erste Lineal (17) gekippt wird (Pfeil D), wobei der Nutzen (8') aufgrund der Ausbildung dieses Lineales (17) mit einem unteren, horizontalen Schenkel (17b) und einem sich hieran anschließenden vertikalen Schenkel (17a) sicher von diesem aufgenommen wird. Gerade beim Schneiden schmaler Nutzenstreifen wird somit ein Verschieben der einzelnen Blattlagen bzw. ein ungewolltes Umkippen des Nutzens (8') wirksam verhindert. Bei gekippter Stellung des ersten Lineals (17) wird dieses zusammen mit dem Nutzen (8') von der Schneidebene (7) wegverfahren und in den zwischen dem ersten Lineal (17) und der Schneidebene (7) gebildeten Spalt ein zweites Lineal (29) angehoben, derart, daß nach einem Überführen des ersten Lineales (17) in diejenige Stellung, bei der der Schenkel (17a) wiederum recht orientiert ist, der Nutzen (8') sich zusätzlich am zweiten Lineal (29) ausrichtet. Die beiden Lineale (17,29) bilden einen Querkanal, durch den der Nutzen (8') dann mittels eines Ausstossers (33) ausgeschoben werden kann. <IMAGE>
