[origin: EP0454512A1] The present invention relates to a device for the recovery and recycling of unburnt combustion gases from the crankcase of an internal combustion engine. This device comprises, in the upper part of the engine (1), at least one chamber (4) which connects with the inlet circuit and with the crankcase (2) for respectively recycling the unburnt combustion gases to the inlet and the oil separated from these gases to the crankcase (2) and is characterised by complementary walls (15) and (16, 36) respectively formed in the casting of the cylinder head (5) and of the cylinder head cover (6) of the engine (1) to constitute, when assembled, the said chamber (4). This device applies to the recovery and recycling of unburnt combustion gases in internal combustion engines of all types. <IMAGE>
