Abstract (en)
Cooking oven with electrical broil (12) and grill (11) resistor, which cleans by pyrolysis. <??>It comprises a probe (31) for measurement of the temperature inside the oven enclosure which delivers an electrical signal to the input (177) of a microprocessor (17) or the like. The latter controls the power of the supply delivered to the broil (12) and grill (11) resistors during the cleaning by pyrolysis. <??>The microprocessor is also programmed so that a heating or cooking command automatically causes pre-heating which is interrupted when the desired temperature is reached. Hence it is not necessary for the control panel of the oven to include a button assigned to pre-heating. <IMAGE>
The oven has a heating resistance in the bottom and in the roof and is cleaned by pyrolysis. It has a temperature detector (31) inside the oven which delivers and electrical signal as input to a microprocessor (17). The microprocessor controls the electrical plower supply to the top and bottom resistances during pyrolytic cleaning. The microprocessor is also programmed so a heating or cooking instruction is automatically preceded by a pre-heating interval.
