L'installation comprend: un appareil formant capacité-tampon (3a): disposé sous la vanne d'une trémie de stockage, pourvu d'un conduit de sortie (9) s'ouvrant dans la capacité et dont la section est contrôlée par un régulateur de débit (10), comportant intérieurement un moyen de soutirage en forme de transporteur sans fin motorisé à palettes (6), traversant une chambre d'alimentation (112) s'ouvrant au-dessus de l'orifice du conduit, un système (15) d'appréciation en continu du débit de produit délivré, et des moyens de régulation (4) calculant, par rapport à une valeur de consigne, la valeur réelle du débit délivré. Application à la fabrication de compositions pour pâtes d'anode.
