Procédé amélioré pour la récupération d'un produit utile de fermentation d'insecticide A83543, comprenant des composants principaux A83543A et A83543D et des composants secondaires A83543B, A83543C, A83543E, A983543F, A83543G, A83543H et A83543J, qui comprend l'extraction du A83543 de l'ensemble dans un solvant miscible dans l'eau comme de l'acétone, le filtrage pour enlever la biomasse, l'augmentation à 10-11 du pH du produit filtré et l'extraction du A83543 à l'aide d'un solvant immiscible comme de l'acétate d'éthyle, l'extraction à l'arrière avec une solution acide et la séparation du A83543 en le précipitant avec une base.
