A device for transporting bobbins, having a bobbin carrier which can be moved vertically up and down by means of a lifting unit and is movable about a vertical axis, said carrier comprising a baseplate on which is articulated an essentially horizontal, movable supporting means which can be tilted about a horizontal axis and by which the bobbins are supported along generating lines at their outer periphery during bobbin transfer and during bobbin transport, is characterised in that the supporting means embodies an endless conveyor, preferably in the form of two conveyor belts disposed laterally at a distance from one another, it being possible for the belts to be driven optionally in one or the other direction by means of a common drive motor mounted on the baseplate, there acting at the underside of said baseplate, and essentially with respect to the supporting means, the lifting unit in the form of a lifting column which simultaneously forms the vertical axis of rotation for the bobbin carrier, whose horizontal tilting axis is disposed underneath the conveyor belts at equal spacings thereto. <IMAGE>

Eine Spulentransportvorrichtung mit einem mittels eines Hubaggregates in vertikaler Richtung auf und ab bewegbaren und um eine Vertikalachse beweglichen Spulenträger (14), der eine Basisplatte (15) umfasst, an der eine im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtete, bewegliche und um eine Horizontalachse kippbare Stützeinrichtung angelenkt ist, von der die Spulen (D) während der Spulenübergabe und während des Spulentransportes an ihrem Außenumfang entlang von Mantellinien abgestützt werden, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung einen Endlosförderer vorzugsweise in Form von zwei in seitlichem Abstand voneinander liegende Förderriemen (18) enthält, die mittels eines gemeinsamen Antriebsmotors (25) wahlweise in der einen oder in der anderen Richtung antreibbar sind, der auf der Basisplatte (15) gelagert ist, an deren Unterseite zentrisch zur Stützeinrichtung das Hubaggregat in Form einer Hubsäule (11) angreift, die gleichzeitig die vertikale Drehachse für den Spulenträger (14) bildet, dessen horizontale Kippachse (16) mit gleichen Abständen zu den Förderriemen (18) unterhalb derselben liegt. <IMAGE>
