Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a device for the supply of combustion air to a combustion chamber (5) of a gas turbine, the supply device comprising in particular a plurality of diaphragms (2) for regulating the quantity of combustion air admitted into said combustion chamber, each diaphragm comprising a ring (6) which is mounted pivotably in relation to the casing of the gas turbine, the pivoting of which consititutes the means of regulating the cross-section of the passage for admission of the combustion air into the combustion chamber, and which is connected to a device (32) for controlling its pivoting. <??>According to the invention, certain diaphragms (2) at least are in groups of two adjacent diaphragms, the two rings (6) of the diaphragms (2) of a group of two diaphragms each comprise a member (9) for regulating the pivoting of said ring, and the members (9) for regulating the pivoting of the two rings (6) of said two diaphragms are connected to a single control member (11) belonging to said pivoting-control device (32). <??>One application is the production of a compact and light gas turbine. <IMAGE>
