The carrier plate has a substantially triangular region with an integral application element covering approximately half the supply reel, and a web-like region bearing against the take-up reel. The rewind lock is associated with a gear tooth system, and is integrated into the housing half facing the gear tooth system.

Un outil manuel d'application sur un substrat d'une pellicule portée par une pellicule support comprend un boîtier ouvrable qui contient une bobine d'alimentation et une bobine d'enroulement reliée à un entraînement, les deux bobines étant fixées sur des pivots montés de manière rotative dans le boîtier. Un cliquet de retour est associé à une bobine, la pellicule support est guidée sur un élément applicateur et les bobines d'alimentation et d'enroulement sont agencées dans un élément de support. Afin de simplifier la structure d'un tel outil, tout en préservant son efficacité et sa simplicité de manipulation, l'élément de support est formé d'une plaque de support (15) susceptible d'être fixé entre deux moitiés (3a, 3b) assemblables du boîtier et pourvue de logements (19, 23) pour la bobine d'alimentation (20) et pour la bobine d'enroulement (24). La plaque de support (15) comprend une partie à peu près triangulaire (16) qui recouvre à peu près la moitié de la bobine d'alimentation (20) et qui comprend un élément applicateur intégré (14), ainsi qu'une partie allongée (17) de support de la bobine d'enroulement (24). Le cliquet de retour (43) est associé à une denture et est intégré dans la moitié (3b) du boîtier qui fait face à la denture.
