Downstream of the control cartridge, viewed with respect to the direction of water flow, there is provided a safety device arranged above the control cartridge. Under normal operating conditions, water flows from the control cartridge via the safety device to an outlet. Under conditions rendering possible a backflow, a backflow pre-enter of the safety device cuts off the flow path of water and a pipe aerator connects the outflow line or conduit via an aeration path with the environment. As a result, there is precluded a backflow of water into the supply or feed line.

Die Armatur (10) mit der Schlauchbrause (12) weist ein Armaturgehäuse (14) auf, an dem eine von der Seite her bedienbare Steuerpatrone (16) angeordnet ist. Der Steuerpatrone (16) ist eine Sicherungseinrichtung (22) nachgeschaltet, die oberhalb der Steuerpatrone (16) angeordnet ist. Unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen fliesst das Wasser von der Steuerpatrone (16) durch die Sicherungseinrichtung (22) zum Auslass (30). Unter einem Rückfluss ermöglichenden Bedingungen trennt der Rückflussverhinderer der Sicherungseinrichtung (22) den Strömungspfad (65) des Wassers auf und ein Rohrbelüfter verbindet die Auslassleitung (26) durch den Belüftungspfad (68) mit der Umgebung. Dadurch ist ein Zurückfliessen von Wasser in die Speiseleitung (20) vermieden. <IMAGE>
