Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner with a display of the degree of choking of an air filter (5) which is arranged in an air flow for separating dirt from the air flow. There is provided a measuring arrangement, designed as a light barrier (9, 16), for the degree of choking of the air filter (5) which is connected to a display (13). The light barrier can be designed as a fork-type or reflection light barrier and detects the degree of choking of the air filter optically and converts it into an electric output signal which is utilised for controlling the display (13). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Saugreinigungsgerät mit einer Anzeige des Verschmutzungsgrades eines Luftfilters (5), der in einem Luftstrom zum Abscheiden von Schmutz aus dem Luftstrom angeordnet ist. Es ist eine als Lichtschranke (9, 16) ausgebildete Meßanordnung für den Verschmutzungsgrad des Luftfilters (5) vorgesehen, der mit einer Anzeige (13) verbunden ist. Die Lichtschranke kann als Gabel- oder Reflexionslichtschranke ausgebildet sein und erfaßt den Verschmutzungsgrad des Luftfilters optisch und setzt ihn in ein elektrisches Ausgangssignal um, das zur Steuerung der Anzeige (13) ausgewertet wird. <IMAGE>
