Depilation apparatus, a driving (3) and a driven roller (4) being provided with toothing (5, 6) and forming a roller pair, the rollers performing a rotary movement which is directed inwards into the apparatus interior in the region of their circumferential engagement. Of each roller pair, the driven roller (4) is toothed (5) all around but the driving roller (3) is only provided with toothing (6) over a part of the circumference, so that the rollers are in engagement with one another only during a part of a rotation of the driving roller. <IMAGE>

Epilationsapparat, wobei eine treibende (3) und eine getriebene Walze (4) mit Verzahnung (5, 6) versehen sind und ein Walzenpaar bilden, wobei die Walzen eine Drehbewegung ausführen, die im Bereich ihres umfangsseitigen Eingriffes in das Apparateinnere hinein gerichtet ist. Von jedem Walzenpaar ist die getriebene Walze (4) rundum verzahnt (5), aber die treibende Walze (3) ist nur über einem Teil des Umfangs mit Verzahnung (6) versehen, so dass die Walzen nur während eines Teiles einer Umdrehung der treibenden Walze miteinander im Eingriff sind. <IMAGE>
