The invention relates to a ski and a method of manufacturing it, consisting of an upper decorative and protective subassembly and of a mechanical lower subassembly. <??>The decorative and protective subassembly is a twin layer consisting of a polyamide, of a styrene copolymer, and of a carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof or an alloy containing this copolymer.
