[origin: EP0458165A1] The invention relates to wire raising machine for textile cloth runs. Starting from the aim of the invention to reduce the expense for changing the ratio from one to another type of wire rollers (6), the aim is to drive all wire rollers (6) seated in each raising roller unit (5). According to the invention, this task is solved when, at the periphery of the cylinder discs (3), bearings (7) are arranged for the carriers (5.1), when in each carrier (5.1) a shaft (11) connected with a drive is seated and when in each of the two carriers (5.1) of a raising roller unit (5), a drive connection (9, 13, 16) exists between the driven shaft (11) and at least one wire roller (6) of a roller type. <IMAGE>
