[origin: EP0458427A1] Combined water heater for direct heating of sanitary and heating water by means of a burner, in which there are constantly held bearing against one another in a lamellar block a pipe conducting the sanitary water and a pipe conducting the heating water. In order in such a water heater to ensure good heat transmission despite a double-walled separation of the two media, it is envisaged that a per se known lamellar pipe (2) worked in a twisted manner is provided for conducting the heating water, into the coiled groove (3) of which a pipe (4) conducting the sanitary water is inserted. <IMAGE>
