[origin: WO9109387A1] A deactivatable resonance label (1) comprises an insulating supporting layer (4) having at least one induction coil (5) and at least one capacitor plate (6b) on one (3) of its two faces and a conductor forming at least a second capacitor plate (6a) on the other face (2), which define an oscillating circuit. At least one predetermined dielectric breakdown point (8) is located between two regions of the conductor (5; 6) formed on at least one of the two faces (2; 3) of the insulating supporting layer (4).
