Sauger (1) in der Ausführung als Flansch- oder Weithalssauger, mit einem insbesondere kieferorthoädisch ausgeführten Saugernippel (3), wobei ein oberhalb des Eingriffsbereichs mit einem Flaschenmundstück angeordneter Saugerschaft (2) erheblich größeren Querschnitt als der Saugernippel (3) und eine winklig zur Flaschenhalsachse angeordnete Oberfläche (7) hat, welche wenigstens in einem Bereich zwischen Nippel (3) und Flächenrand eine Eindellung (8) aufweist. <IMAGE>
