Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Kaltbiegen von Profilen (3), insbesondere von Breitflanschträgern zu insbesondere S-förmigen Eisenbahnstahlschwellen bei Erhalt der Profilquerschnittsform, wobei das Profil (3) zwischen einem ersten (1) und einem zweiten Backenpaar (2) eingespannt wird, die zueinander in einem Abstand liegen, danach das zweite Backenpaar (2) auf einem Abschnitt eines Kreisbogens (29) verschoben wird, dessen Mittelpunkt nahe des ersten Backenpaares (1) liegt, während des Verschiebens das zweite Backenpaar (2) seine zum ersten Backenpaar (1) parallele Ausrichtung beibehält, und der zwischen den Backenpaaren (1, 2) liegende Profilabschnitt (3a) das zweite Backenpaar (2) auf den Kreisbogen (29) zieht. <IMAGE>
