Abstract (en)

The device for feeding cooling and lubricating means on a high-speed external grinding machine has a grinding wheel enclosed by a safety guard and having a funnel-like nozzle which opens towards the grinding wheel, covers the same and has a nozzle lip which can be adjusted on the inlet side in the direction of rotation of the grinding wheel, in which arrangement the feed funnel can be pivoted about an axis parallel to the grinding wheel axis and has on the discharge side a slide, adjustable by motor drive, for metering the volumetric flow of the cooling and lubricating means. <IMAGE>

Die Einrichtung zur Kühlschmiermittelzufuhr an einer Maschine zum Hochgeschwindigkeits-Umfangsschleifen von Aussenkonturen weist eine durch eine Schutzhaube gekapselte Schleifscheibe mit einer zu dieser hin sich öffnenden, dieselbe überdeckende, trichterförmige Düse mit in Drehrichtung der Schleifscheibe einlaufseitig einstellbarer Düsenlippe auf, wobei der Zufuhrtrichter um eine zur Schleifscheibenachse parallele Achse verschwenkbar ist und an der auslaufenden Seite einen motorisch verstellbaren Schieber zur Dosierung des Kühlschmiermittel-Volumenstromes besitzt. <IMAGE>
