Abstract (en)
Sheet 25 is fed from the bottom of a stack by a feed belt 38 and optimally additional feed belts 60. The edges of the resilient belt 38 overhang the edges of the supporting roller 36 and are overlapped by fixed guides 28 which restrain the advance of other sheets from the stack and cause bending or corrugating of the sheet 25 about an axis parallel to the direction of advance of the sheet, thereby separating the sheet 25 from other sheets and ensuring that a single sheet is fed. <IMAGE>
