Abstract (en)

The tamper-indication band (3) of the threaded cap (1) has a predetermined breaking point (11), at which the entire height of the tamper-indication band may be separated. Adjacent to the predetermined breaking point, a preferably window-shaped relief aperture (12) is arranged, which improves the extendibility of the tamper-indication band when the cap is first unscrewed. The predetermined breaking point comprises at least two material bridges, a lower one of which is located at the lower edge of the threaded cap. When first screwed off, a flow of force is reached in the tamper-indication band, at which the relief aperture is no longer effective. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Das Garantieband (3) der Schraubkappe (1) hat eine Sollbruchstelle (11), an welcher das Garantieband über seine gesamte Höhe auftrennbar ist. Neben der Sollbruchstelle ist eine vorzugsweise fensterförmige Entlastungsöffnung (12) angeordnet, welche die Dehnbarkeit des Garantiebandes beim erstmaligen Aufschrauben der Kappe verbessert. Die Sollbruchstelle besteht aus wenigstens zwei Materialstegen, von denen ein unterer am unteren Rand der Schraubkappe angeordnet ist. Beim erstmaligen Abschrauben wird ein Kräftefluss im Garantieband erreicht, bei dem die Entlastungsöffnung nicht mehr wirksam wird. <IMAGE>
