Abstract (en)
In order to classify granular material into at least three fractions, previously bar basket classifiers with at least two classifier wheels have been used which are arranged in a housing spaced one on top of the other. Zum Sichten von körnigem Gut in wenigstens drei Fraktionen hat man bisher Stabkorbsichter mit wenigstens zwei Sichterrädern eingesetzt, die in einem Gehäuse mit Abstand übereinander angeordnet sind. Die übereinander angeordneten Sichterräder wurden hierbei mit eigenen Leitungen für die Sichtluftzuführung und die Sichtluftabführung versehen, um dadurch zu vermeiden, daß beim Sichten Feingut ins Mittelgut oder Mittelgut in das Grobgut gelangt, so daß bei hohem Ausbringen eine scharfe Trennung der jeweils gewünschten Kornfraktionen voneinander erreicht wird. Demgegenüber wird bei hohem Ausbringen und scharfer Trennung der jeweils gewünschten Kornfraktionen voneinander eine Vereinfachung des Sichters im konstruktiven Aufbau und in der Betriebsweise gemäß der Erfindung dadurch erreicht, daß die Sichterräder (2, 3, 4) im Gehäuse (1) konzentrisch ineinandergeschachtelt und mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, so daß sie nacheinander von der Sichtluft durchströmt werden, und daß jedem Sichterrad ein eigener Gutaustrag zugeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
