[origin: EP0371920A2] The screw cap (1) is provided with a tamper-evident band (3) which is subdivided into two sections. A circumferential section (9) is connected firmly to the lower cap-edge while a complementary section (10) is designed to be tear-off and is connected to the lower cap-edge only via tear-off tabs (12). At one end of the fixed circumferential section (9) a predetermined breaking point (11) with an elastic slotted element is arranged on the tamper-evident band (3). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Schraubkappe (1) ist mit einem Garantieband (3) versehen, das wenigstens eine vertikale Sollbruchstelle (11) aufweist. Zur Erhöhung der Umfangselastizität ist neben der Sollbruchstelle eine Materialausnehmung (13) angeordnet. Diese bewirkt eine Entlastung der Sollbruchstelle beim erstmaligen Aufschrauben der Kappe und damit beim Dehnen des Garantiebandes. <IMAGE>
