Abstract (en)
The hydraulically impulsed wrench has a rotationally driven impact mechanism with an output shaft (23) for a screwing tool. The output shaft (23) possesses lamellae (33 to 36) which are distributed at angular distances of 90 DEG over the circumference, are adjustable approximately radially outwards and, in the case of a 360 DEG -rotation of the output shaft (23), bear, in one position, sealingly on sealing strips (54, 55) of the impact-mechanism housing (5). Two diametrically opposite lamellae (33, 34) have follower members, through which they are adjustable in a positively controlled manner in cooperation with control paths (46, 48). Owing to the positive control of these lamellae (33, 34), the sealing strips (54, 55) can be simply manufactured. All of the lamellae (33 to 36) can additionally be arranged symmetrically to the axis of the output shaft (23), so that the output shaft (23) and their bearing points are not unevenly loaded on generating the angular momentum. <IMAGE>

Der Hydro-Impulsschrauber hat ein rotierend angetriebenes Schlagwerk mit einer Abtriebswelle (23) für ein Schraubwerkzeug. Die Abtriebswelle (23) weist in Winkelabständen von 90° über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete Lamellen (33 bis 36) auf, die etwa radial nach außen verstellbar sind und bei einer 360°-Drehung der Abtriebswelle (23) in einer Stellung dichtend an Dichtleisten (54, 55) des Schlagwerkgehäuses (5) anliegen. Zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Lamellen (33, 34) haben Folgeglieder, durch welche sie im Zusammenwirken mit Steuerbahnen (46, 48) zwanggesteuert verstellbar sind. Infolge der Zwangsteuerung dieser Lamellen (33, 34) können die Dichtleisten (54, 55) einfach gefertigt werden. Sämtliche Lamellen (33 bis 36) können außerdem symmetrisch zur Achse der Abtriebswelle (23) angeordnet sein, so daß bei der Drehimpulserzeugung die Abtriebswelle (23) und ihre Lagerstellen nicht ungleichmäßig belastet werden. <IMAGE>
