Abstract (en)

An attachment for railway rail base plate on Y-shaped steel sleepers (12) and a method for producing a Y-shaped steel sleeper and a switch consisting of Y-shaped steel sleepers are proposed, in which an insulating plate (19) and a ribbed plate (3) situated on the latter are arranged on the upper flanges (22) of the double-T carriers which are welded together. The ribbed plate (3) is held resiliently by means of a bolt (27) which is surrounded with clearance by an insulating bush (31) adapted thereto and which is fixed to the upper flange of the T carrier by a bolt-welding technique. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Es wird eine Befestigung für eine Spurplatte auf Y-Stahlschwellen (12) sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Y-Stahlschwelle und einer Weiche aus Y-Stahlschwellen vorgeschlagen, bei denen auf den Obergurten (22) der miteinander verschweißten Doppel-T-Träger eine Isolierplatte (19) und darauf eine Rippenplatte (3) angeordnet sind. Die Rippenplatte (3) wird federnd mittels eines von einer eingepaßten Isolierbuchse (31) mit Spiel umschlossenen, auf dem Obergurt der T-Träger in Bolzenschweißtechnik befestigten, Schraubbolzen (27) gehalten. <IMAGE>
