[origin: EP0461065A1] The closure according to the invention for a drinking bottle (1) exhibits a mouthpiece (7), of which a threaded part (11) is arranged so that it can be axially moved and is closed when pushed in by means of a bung (19) fixed to the threaded part (11). A ventilation channel (21) located at the side outside the mouthpiece (7) allows air to penetrate inside the bottle and prevents low pressure arising inside the bottle. <IMAGE>
