[origin: US5115931A] The closure consists of a lower part (1) and a cap (2), which are connected to each other by at least one film hinge (3). Spring elements (4) integrally formed from the jacket walls of the two closure parts are disposed on both sides of the film hinge (3). The thickness of the spring elements (4) varies between the shoulder points (5) of the spring elements. In the area of the shoulder points the thickness is approximately the same as the wall thickness of the jacket walls, and in the center, that is, in the area extending over the plane of separation, it is considerably less. The variation of the wall thickness permits a customer-specific adaptation of the snap action of the closure without having to make it in a completely new way every time.

Der Verschluss besteht aus einem Unterteil (1) und einer Kappe (2), die miteinander über mindestens ein Filmscharnier (3) miteinander in Verbindung stehen. Beidseits des Filmscharnieres (3) sind Federelemente (4) angeordnet, die integral aus den Mantelwänden der beiden Verschlussteile geformt sind. Die Federelemente (4) variieren ihre Dicke zwischen den Ansatzstellen (5). Im Bereich der Ansatzstellen ist die Dicke etwa gleich der Wandstärke der Mantelwände und in der Mitte, das heisst, im Bereich der über die Trennebene (T) sich erstreckt, erheblich dünner. Die Aenderung der Wandstärke erlaubt eine kundenspezifische Anpassung der Schnappwirkung des Verschlusses ohne diesen jedesmal vollständig neu zu konstruieren. <IMAGE>
